The whole upstairs was demoed and the layout changed to accommodate a master suite that flowed. The center point of this remodel was the bathroom. This included new lighting, plumbing, and closet locations to open up the space; a custom tiled shower with a bench and product nook and two shower heads; a free-standing tub and faucet; new floors, doors, trim and paint; and brand new fixtures.
A small bedroom with no closet and an open loft area at the top of the stairs was completely remodeled into a master suite, including a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a closet with custom shelving. We demolished and rebuilt the entire upstairs; replacing lath and plaster walls with drywall, creating a hallway extending from the stairs to the bedroom, raising the ceilings, installing more outlets and better lighting, and maximizing the space.
The owner wanted to brighten and modernize the space while maintaining the character of the 1930s home. To achieve this the walls were taken down to the studs, but the curved ceilings were maintained. White tile, a small vanity, and new storage were added to make the owner's vision a reality.
One large open basement with cement floors and a fragmented layout was transformed into a guest bedroom with a custom closet and an open office space to accomodate working from home.
This small laundry room tucked into the basement of a house got a facelift to make it functional and aesthetically pleasing. To achieve this on a budget, the drywall was patched, the room painted,
window reframed, and a custom countertop with a deep laundry room sink and under-cabinet storage was installed.
