Hector, Owner & Operator
Hector has been in construction for over 10 years. Starting out as a handyman's assistant right after high school, he's learned how to remodel any room in a house over his time in construction and has developed a keen eye for details. He has since turned his passion for remodeling into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients.
Emily, Admin & Permitting
Emily has worked as a city planner in the Puget Sound area since finishing graduate school. She runs the administrative and permitting services side of things here at Rainier Home Renovations. With her extensive knowledge of permitting requirements, paperwork, and systems, she acts as the go-between with local jurisdictions and helps your project get through the official process.
