Project Timelines
How long your remodeling project will take and what to expect
Most bathroom remodels take 2-3 weeks from start to finish. A simple refresh (new fixtures, paint, vanity) may take 1 week, while a complete renovation with custom tile work can take 3-4 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout the project.
Kitchen remodels typically take 4-6 weeks. Minor updates (countertops, backsplash) may take 1-2 weeks, while complete renovations with new cabinets and layout changes can take 6-8 weeks. Custom cabinetry may add 2-4 weeks to the timeline.
For bathroom remodels, we recommend having access to another bathroom during the project. For kitchens, we'll set up a temporary kitchen space if possible and work to minimize disruption. We'll discuss your specific situation during planning to find the best solution.
We provide realistic timelines and work diligently to stay on schedule. If unforeseen issues arise (like hidden water damage or structural concerns), we'll communicate immediately and adjust the timeline. We always keep you informed and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
We recommend scheduling 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during our busy spring and summer seasons. However, we understand that sometimes projects are urgent, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline. Contact us to check our current availability.
Materials & Vendors
Selecting materials and working with suppliers for your project

Yes! We guide you through the entire material selection process, offering expert recommendations based on your style, budget, and functional needs. We can visit showrooms together or provide catalogs and samples for you to review at home.
In most cases, yes. However, we recommend discussing this upfront as it can affect our warranty coverage and project timeline. We cannot warranty materials we don't source, and delays in material delivery can impact the schedule. We're happy to work with you to find the best approach.
We work with trusted brands including Home Depot, Lowe's, Floor & Decor, and local suppliers. For cabinets, we offer both stock and custom options. For tile and countertops, we work with several showrooms in the Puget Sound area. We'll help you find quality materials that fit your budget.
Yes, we can incorporate eco-friendly materials into your project, including low-VOC paints, sustainably sourced wood, recycled glass countertops, and water-efficient fixtures. Let us know during planning if sustainability is a priority.
We inspect all materials upon delivery. If we discover damage or defects, we'll immediately coordinate replacements with the supplier. This is included in our project management—you won't be charged for damaged materials or the time to resolve the issue.
Warranty & Insurance
Our guarantees, licensing, and what's covered after your project
We provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and materials for every project. This covers any issues that arise from our installation or work. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, cabinets, and appliances are additional and vary by product.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship, installation issues, and material failures (for materials we supply). This includes things like tile installation, plumbing connections, cabinet installation, and finish work. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage from external factors are not covered.
Simply contact us at 253-386-0697 or rainierhomereno@gmail.com. We'll schedule a time to assess the issue and make any necessary repairs at no charge if it's covered under warranty. We stand behind our work and will make things right.
Yes, we are fully licensed (License #RAINIHR772L3), bonded, and insured. This protects both you and us during your project. You can verify our license status with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
Absolutely! We're proud of our reputation in the Enumclaw community. You can read reviews from our neighbors on Google, and we're happy to provide references from recent projects similar to yours. See our testimonials throughout our website.
Permits & Inspections
Understanding permit requirements and the inspection process

It depends on the scope of work. Generally, permits are required for structural changes, electrical work, plumbing relocations, and additions. Simple cosmetic updates (paint, flooring, fixtures) typically don't require permits. We'll determine permit requirements during planning and handle all permitting for you.
We handle all permit applications, inspections, and coordination with local building departments. This is included in our project management—you don't need to worry about navigating the permitting process. We'll keep you informed of inspection schedules.
Permit processing times vary by jurisdiction but typically take 2-4 weeks in King and Pierce Counties. We factor this into your project timeline and often use the permit wait time to finalize material selections and prepare for construction.
Building inspectors visit at key stages (rough-in, final) to verify work meets code requirements. We schedule inspections and ensure everything is ready. If corrections are needed, we handle them promptly. You're welcome to be present but it's not required.
Some neighborhoods and HOAs have restrictions on exterior changes, additions, or even construction hours. We recommend checking with your HOA before starting. We'll work within any approved guidelines and can help prepare any required HOA applications.
